Can be used to connect a telephone switchboard to a voice announcement system in environments such as: businesses, educational settings, warehouses, trade shows, supermarkets, airports, shopping centres, etc. in order to make announcements / one-way communications through the handset of a normal telephone - either preceded by a “chime” sound or not - or to start playing pre-recorded messages. Connection takes place on the backbone for the microphone stations in the master matrix 49MM1000.3.2 and the function can be fully programmed using software.
