The 43RCS001 detector can detect the fixed threshold of 60°C as set out by standard EN 54-5 for class A2S. The control algorithms implemented also mean it can be used in environments correctly subject to rapid and significant changes in temperature; it is particularly useful for dusty, dirty environments which may have a high concentration of steam and exhaust gases (e.g. garages, boiler rooms, kitchens, etc.).
